Robin Erhart, Program Coordinator, was recognized with the Leadership Award at the three-day New York State Association of Day Providers (NYSADSP) 2023 Symposium in Saratoga Springs.
She was chosen as one of six recipients from disability services agencies across the state.
Robin has dedicated 28 years to the agency and currently oversees three Day Services programs: Massapequa Carmans, Seaford, and the East Meadow Art Gallery.
She was nominated for the award by Art Gallery Manager and Front-Line Supervisor Lisa Moosmueller, who regards Robin as “a well-respected professional who’s dedicated to providing excellent support to people with disabilities. She is approachable, dependable, and hard-working.”
Robin prides herself in advocating for members of the AHRC community, ensuring safety, security, and positive outcomes.
She is grateful to her team for nominating her, noting that “it is the culminating achievement of my career at AHRC. I’ve always been the go-to person within my immediate circle of peers and supervisors but have never been recognized or honored at this level.”
“I was honored to present her the award. We are all very proud of her,” said Patrick Sherrard, Assistant Director of Day Services.
