at Wheatley Farms & Arts Center – 211 Wheatley Road
Brookville, NY 11545

This interactive, in-person workshop will introduce you to a hands-on environment where people come together through farming, arts, wellness, and shared experiences. Rooted in a working farm, Wheatley Farms offers opportunities to build skills, connect with others, and engage in the life of the farm—from caring for animals to gardening and creative work. The experience supports independence, personal growth, and real community connection through classes, volunteer opportunities, and structured experiences.  For people exploring future options for a person with a developmental disability transitioning to adult supports, this session offers an opportunity to visit Wheatley Farms and see how it may be a good fit.
